Kristin Hassan brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy, business development, operations and planning to her role at Intelaform as Managing Partner. Having launched her consulting business in 2019 with a “people-first” focus, Kristin’s results-driven approach has brought a fresh perspective to her consulting in business operations and human resources that has successfully impacted the growth and longevity of her clients and partners.
In addition to her role at Intelaform, Kristin has worked with many prestigious companies and professional associations such as NACD NJ, New York City SHRM, BioNJ, Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey, and NJ Soybean. She has also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at DPC Network Solutions and ETHIX360.
In her previous role at BioNJ, the Biotech Trade Association for New Jersey, Kristin was a member of the Patient Advocacy Team where they continuously put the wellbeing of patients in the healthcare industry at the forefront of their work.
Kristin is currently pursuing her SHRM certification, HRCI HR Management Certification, and is a board member of the Human Resources Management Association – Princeton SHRM Chapter and a member of the Peer 150 HR Group.
