Intelaform, Inc., a premier Healthcare Surveillance and Product Monitoring company with worldwide headquarters in Rockville, Maryland has created several “First in Breed” software and service bureau systems and “Centers of Excellence” for both the private sector and government agencies. Intelaform, Inc. is a privately held Delaware C-Corporation that was founded to improve the quality of healthcare information delivery during, and in preparation for medical agencies. Using capabilities from acquired assets and partnerships, the overall mission of the company has three foci:
